I think that people using "crashing" is the wrong word here: hanging, not responding are better, since the program stays open, not crashing, but whites out. I stopped it by turning off auto synch. With synching on, Firefox would hang repeatedly through the day (just calling home, I guess). I just completely flushed and rebuilt Windows (Vista) on this computer, and it started doing it right away, so it's not sqlite, or any other defective program--it's Xmarks doing its thing. . . . and doing it wrong.-

What I'd really like is an option to set my own time for this. An hour would be twice as good as a half hour, though. :-) -

Thanks for the answer, but I'm talking about when I use the my.xmarks.com page on the web on a temporary computer, not the program on the computer. -
