Any answers yet please. Using Astro I've had a look at the SD card and the 3banana directory has been created. The properties say the folder has drw permissions. There is 12gb free on the card. When the card is mounted you can copy files to the folder.

I have the same problem as well on my Hero. The card is mounted properly and has 3gb of space
