......If we want to publish the version 1.0, we must remove the photos folder.
Because we received an email from Apple:
"Discover and Discover Pro cannot be posted to the App Store because your application's accessing and displaying the contents of the iPhoneOS filesystem outside of your designated container area. The iPhone SDK agreement prohibits this behavior in sections 3.2(e) and 3.2.1.
3.2 Use of the SDK
(e) "You will not, through use of the SDK or otherwise, create any Application or other program that would disable, hack or otherwise interfere with any security, digital signing, digital rights management, content protection, verification or authentication mechanisms implemented in or by the iPhone operating system software, iPod touch operating system software, this SDK, or other Apple software, services or technology, or enable others to do so."
In addition, the iPhone Programming Guide States:
"For security reasons, iPhone OS restricts an application (including its preferences and data) to a unique location in the file system. This restriction is part of the security feature known as the application's "sandbox." The sandbox is a set of fine-grained controls limiting an application's access to files, preferences, network resources, hardware, and so on."
Revising your application to read only within your directory container is appropriate. In order for your application to be reconsidered for the App Store, please resolve this issue and upload your new binary to iTunes Connect."
But, we have an idea that update from 0.9.6 to 1.0 contain photos folder can escape Apple's review.

Maybe this(an email from Apple) can explain it:
"In addition, the iPhone Programming Guide States:
