The problem is in the URL matching patterns. To fix it, open up Preferences, go to the Advanced tab, then either enable "Allow browsing to any URL" or change the pattern match to *pivotaltracker.com* (mine was set to pivotaltracker.com/projects by default, which clearly won't work)

Were you ever able to reset your password? Your email address is in our system so if you forgot your password, just click the "I forgot my password..." link on the login screen then enter your email address to reset it.

If it's not recognizing your email address, you may have entered it incorrectly.

Thanks for pointing that out. We will get in touch with that dealer and make sure she understands that it's not cool to put in offers like that. Most of them understand, but this is still a new system so it takes a bit of getting used to for everyone involved.

We'll be developing a reputation system in the near future so that you can flag offers like this and mark down the dealer, but in the meantime please let us know if this happens again.
