Michela replied on April 23, 2009 15:19 to the question "How can I clear cache or correct display name in Outlook?" in IFAD:
Outlook displays suggestions for names and email addresses as you begin to type them. These suggestions are possible matches from a list of names and email addresses that you have typed before, known as the AutoComplete name list.
The problem comes in if you have typed a wrong address, the typo will remain in your cache until you delete it.
Every time you type the email address, the incorrect one appears in the AutoComplete list, and you will send the email message to an email account which does not exist (System Administrator: Undeliverable message).
To delete the wrong name or email address:
1. Start typing in the address that shows up incorrectly
2. Select the unwanted name or email address by using the UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW key
3. Press the DELETE key
Michela replied on April 22, 2009 09:23 to the question "Mac Laptop - Projector" in IFAD:
How to use a Mac laptop with projector in the meeting rooms:
You will need a special adapter to connect to a projector using VGA. This is called a DVI-VGA adapter, and is available both from Apple and other electronics vendors.
Plug the adapter to the DVI port on your Macintosh laptop, then plug the projector VGA cable into the adapter.
Turn on your laptop first, then press the on/standby button on the projector following the instructions available in the meeting room or download a copy from the IFAD Intranet.

Michela replied on March 26, 2009 08:03 to the question "Xdesk: The document could not be opened for editing." in IFAD:
The URL is too long. This happens when you create a document library with many folders (one within another) with long file names.
You should short the directory names as well as the file names.
You should try creating more document libraries with maybe one folder instead of one document library with many folders (one within another).
