    When will Dell care that my XPS 1330 is junk and REALLY help me!
    So tired of dealing with this Laptop, what can I do? Ever since I got my XPS 1330 I have had nothing but problems!! First it fell a couple of feet and the hinges broke, then the screen was bumped and it broke, the ac plug broke, then replaced the hard drive, then lost use of my touch pad off and on for months, now my ac plug is broken again!!!!!!! Why do I have to constantly lose time, money (lost sales, cell phone bill from talking to dell) , my whole business revolves around using my laptop!!! THIS HAS BEEN A CONSTANT NIGHTMARE, that I can't wake up from!!! I had an XPS 1210 and had very few problems with it, so I thought I would stick with DELL, what a mistake!!!!!!! I am NOT rough with my laptop, I am actually more gentle with this one.

    I spent alot of money on this laptop and really feel that Dell does NOT really care. They have my money, and I have this piece of junk, and they don't care that it has become one of the biggest stresses in my life!!! You would think that a billion dollar company would take better care of their customers! I talk to India all the time, and they help where they can, but they can't do anything about my overall dissatisfaction. Do they care that there are LEMONS out here. I know that GM would be helping me out alot more if I bought a new car and it broke down every other week!
