have you tried using a TextInput?
I connect TextInputs to the TextFormatter's format field and it seems to be working.

Maybe my problem is related to this one.

When I send a e-mail (with image) to a workflow from my symbian S60 Nokia 5800 Xpress Music (via my gmail account) all workflows fail.
But if I resend the same message from the gmail web interface, all goes well.

Be able to export the "Mail drop box" based workflows as contacts to be imported in mail clients.
Another approach would be to provide auto adding/syncing of these contacts to gmail.

As workflows get more complex, it also gets more difficult to figure out where they fail (when they fail).

For example: I've been getting fails on this workflow id=097525EEE8DF377AE7A1D785BF71E632 but the activity page does not provide a lot of useful information.

Since the service is in beta, I don't think the users would mind have more debug output (even if less polished).

Posting the ImageAttachement to photobucket, and them using the result Image into TextFormatter. Then the result of that into Tumblr body.
