Thanks for your question.
Trackur users can contact us to request an upgrade or downgrade at any time.
If the user switches to a paid plan while the 90-day cookie is in place, the affiliate payment is adjusted appropriately. Affiliate payments are only earned while the user is on the original account plan.
I hope that answers your question.

Trial account and affiliate earningWhen one opens a trial account, is there a 'upgrade' path to make that account a paid account, and subsequent 'paths' or 'buttons' to go from a lower plan to a higher plan?
If answer is yes, when a customer goes to start a trial account from an affiliate link, and then 'upgrade' to paid account, does that earn the affiliate commission? what about moving from a lower level account to a higher one, does the affiliate earning automatically increase?
Thanks!

I can't find the import option, either. http://www.grandcentral.com/contacts/... takes you to the page for exporting to a .csv!

Andy Beal replied on October 07, 2008 13:14 to the question "How does Trackur compare to the updated Google Blog Search?" in Trackur:
Actually, even the old Google Blog search offered RSS feeds. :-)
Google Blog search doesn't offer any support for monitoring comments in blog posts, Trackur does offer that functionality. It's not perfect, but it works.
Keep in mind that Google can only monitor Google indexes, Trackur monitors a broader scope of the web, offers powerful filters, CSV export, alerts, and much more.

How does Trackur compare to the updated Google Blog Search?the new and improved GBlogSearch now provides RSS feeds as well. Does anyone know if Trackur is better than GBlogSearch in tracking comments in forums and comments in blogs?
I am trying to justify the cost of Trackur vs the free Google service to my clients, but yet would love to participate in Trackur's awesome affiliate program :-)
