I was under the assumption that when I "restore" and get files back from mozy, those files are encrypted?

How safe is it for customers to use the Mozy supplied encryption key? In theory, since you supplied the key, someone from Mozy could decrypt all of my files stored at Mozy. Would you suggest using my own key? If so, what are the drawbacks, and why is "using your own key" not the default option?

But mozy does not just go by the filename, right? since two files of the same name can be different files?

What does "already on server" mean? I am a new Mozy customer. Initial backup finished fairly quickly and with no problems. When I look at the log, the message says "already on server" for files with the same filenames but are in different folders. what's up? thanks.

Looks like the "repeat daily" option is also buggy. I just did a test invoice, and set it to repeat daily. once I clicked "save" a repeater is created. when I click on the repeater to see when the next one will go out, the invoice date is "12/18/09" (today is 12/11/09) - shouldn't it be 12/12/09? I am very confused.

also, for repeating invoice - if I choose delivery method as email as pdf, what is the email subject and description? can they be customized?

2. as for emailing invoices for repeater invoices, looking at my last unpaid invoice (account is coilsprings.lessaccounting.com), in expanded view, it says "sent on 12/4" but I never received a copy of the email. I need to know whether it has been sent, so that I do not keeping sending my clients duplicate emails. pls find out or me soon, as I;ve been waiting on this for a week now. much appreciated.

Repeat invoice setup, help

Can some please tell me how to create repeat invoices? I've chatted with someone from LessAccounting, and they notified me that there are some bugs, which is why it's so confusing now. The staff told me he would get back to me, but have not heard back in 2 weeks. Some questions I have:

1. Repeater due and invoice dates seem random, or at least cannot be modified
2. What actually happens if I select delivery method (email .....) do i also get a copy of the emailed invoice?
3. The tutorial on the site for repeat invoice is at least 1 year old
4. the repeat every "monday" of "month" does not seem to be working - or at least by looking at the repeater
