Hi Friends
I am from Sri Lanaka,

I have a PayPal account and don't have a credit or debit card and I don't have a US bank account.

I have two questions regarding paypal account money transfer.

1.Can I integrate any of my Sri lankan bank account to paypal and transfer my money in paypal to this bank account?

2.Can I transfer my PayPal money to my friends paypal account without having Credit or debit cards and without having a Bank account?
