Dave Owens of Comcast has been discussing this with myself People Plus, Inc. Suite 5 and Kathleen Horton of BK Security and Home Automation since October. Agreement was reached with our landlord to allow and assist with aerial wiring.
Both our businesses are fed up and disgusted with Verizon DSL service/cost. We both are home Comcast High Speed Internet subscribers. The difference is amazing.
So Where Are After 2 Months. We still don't have Comcast Service?

Sounds like you've had a tough time.
On my home Comcast cable I had a similar experience with losing internet connectivity. It would just die out around midnight or so, every day. It took several tries but one of the techs finally changed something that fixed it. I wish I knew what, but I don't remember.

Sorry Frank, That's the answer to the original question. This question is Why does it take 8 days to answer? Apparently you could respond incorrectly in 1 day but never answer the first question for 8 days. My guess is the reason was ineptitude at our local end. They've been dropping this ball fro quite some time.

I will look into the delay. With aerial wiring there are usually many aspects that cause the delay. The most common is the work that needs to be done by utility companies in preparation for this.
