Hi,
You domain is: pdisat.com
NOT: www.pdisat.com
Please re-generate the Smartlook code with the correct domain (pdisat.com) and it should work just fine.
Cheers

Hi,
Skinning Smartlook is not officially support, but functional. It can be a bit tricky to get it working depending on your particular setup. Here a couple of pointers:
1. Use an absolute path for your skin, i.e. http://.../whiteMenu/layout.xml
2. Your skin server needs a couple of crossdomain.xml files to allow access if Smartlook is deployed on a different server than the skin server. (see more here: http://issuu.com/services/customize/g...)

Byron, That 1000s of users upload documents each day without complaints and that our surveillance is green tells me that the problem is likely at your end. That was the point I (poorly perhaps) tried to make. Adding to the fact that it used to work for you and suddenly doesn't just adds to that conclusion since we haven't done any upgrade of our servers lately.
In the past we've seen people being unable to upload and in all cases investigated it turned out that the user had a system misconfiguration with interfering 3rd party (malicious at times) software, e.g.
1. a corrupt flash install,
2. recently upgrade a virus scanner
3. a firewall,
etc.
Some upgrade silently and suddenly problems appear, e.g. we've had users in the past finding that the Norton Firewall was to blame for their troubles.
Did you (or your system admin.) do an upgrade recently or did some system component upgraded it self (like Norton)?

Hi,
Systems are in the green. Right now we see 1000s of document being uploaded daily and no error reports (other than yours).
However, we've seen our problem occurring in the past on corrupted flash installations or flash running on slow computers. Have you tried the 'Simple Upload' option just below the 'Upload File' button. This is a hack we've done for cases like this; it uses the browsers native file handler and should be more 'robust'.
Hope it works out for you.
Cheers
