Alright The pin rendered a while ago, if anybody doesn't have a dwf player you can download one at autodesk.com. I will also post a screen shot.

I am making some in illustrator right now. I made a basic pushpin in 3ds max but it is taking a long time to render on this crappy computer.

You should be able to add a skymap/ceiling to bumptop. Where I do my work I know there all different types of notes hanging from the ceiling. I mean offices do have ceilings, right if not there is definitely a sky over there head.

I think there should be an option form them to be turned on an off. And maybe you could apply your own skins to them. You already have the pins made, why take them off.

OP here, I mean making various shapes that go up to the ceiling so that you can post objects on them. Mainly linear but organic shapes would be cool. Because I don't really use the floor, I try to use the walls more, it just is easier when finding something. Or maybe just making it so you can rotate your view.
