The Magellan Service Dept. does not even live on this planet. Are they still tracking their information on paper? Or do they use computers. NO!! I take that back!!! People who are still using paper systems are doing a BETTER JOB!!! Still fighting with them after about 10 calls/ approx 20 minutes average each call...
