The solution not to double-click the song but to use the play button works in my case...

Hey, I have exactly the same problem since I just updated my songbird 0.7 to 1.0:
As soon as I double-click on a mp3 file in the library songbird just freezes.

OS: Windows XP, SP3
addons: a few

(where can I find log files? Are there any since songbird doesn't crash but just freeze...?)
