Thanks. That is all I needed to know. The way the website is laid out, and the describing service, makes it sound a little different than that. I think your potential customers and your service people would be far happier (or less busy :)), if you just explained this whole thing on the website (10mb for free, Xgb for 4 users, Xgb for 5 users and so on). I would have known up front how the scaling worked, made an informed decision, and been done days ago. Some clarification, IMO, is needed up front.
Thanks to all of the service people for the prompt and friendly responses.
So...what's the storage amount given on a 4 users account?

So how do you explain this post on the blog:

Glade,
Thanks for reviewing PBwiki. Our business offering includes the first three seats for free and seats after that at $8/user/mo. So five seats should be $16/mo for you and comes with 10GB, not 10MB. Email sales@pbwiki.com if you’re having any issues with getting set up and we’ll take care of you right away.
Cheers,
David Weekly (Founder & CEO of PBwiki)

Do I have to pay for at least one seat to get the 10GB?

I set up a business account, and I've worked with a salesperson, and blogged a bit here (http://www.tomrafteryit.net/enterpris...), but still can't get my site upgraded to 10GB. When you sign up for a business account, the storage space (at least in my account) is 10MB...not 10GB. I am having a really hard time getting that upgraded to 10GB. Any suggestions.

For the business plan, that's just 10GB for the entire wiki, regardless of the number of users, right? – Guy Fawkes, on April 25, 2008 14:28

Mike, now that we're out of the beta period, you can upgrade to a paid account. The amount of storage you get depends on which plan you choose.
If you are not a business user, $99.50/year gets you 1 GB, $249.50/year gets you 2 GB, and $999.50/year gets you 5 GB.
If you are a business user, $8/user/month gets you 10 GB.

I tried duplicating this on the V2.0 Forum Demo Wiki, as follows:
1) created a test page
2) created a test folder
3) created a test user, with Edit privs
4) placed the test page in the test folder
5) secured the test folder, so that only the test Editor user has access
6) logged in as the test Edit user
7) added a comment
8) edited the page
When finished, the comment was still there. Can you reproduce this problem in a controlled environment? Since PBwiki foolishly discards all evidence of deletions (like comments, for example), you can't tell whether a user deleted the comment, or whether it's a bug in the system. If you can reproduce the problem, perhaps they will have the chance to fix it.
Feel free to register at the V2.0 Forum Demo Wiki if you need a "sandbox" to test. User 'editor@brutsch.com' has password '3d1t0r'.
Mike asked a question in PBwiki on April 23, 2008 14:42:
Vanishing comments in 2.0!If comments disappear, is there a way to bring them back? Why would comments disappear in the first place?!
I am using 2.0 for a class, with a folder for each student. In that folder, they are Editors, and the rest of the class has no access at all. As an Administrator, I can see their folder and pages in that folder.
I've left some comments on their pages -- "fix this", "I like that", etc. But when they edit those pages, the comments disappear. What happened? They didn't try to remove my comments, and want to see those comments to see what changes I've recommended.
What can I do?
