Ok...I was having the same problem until I went back into Airset and reset my password online. Then I retyped my password in Airsync and voila!! it sync'd. Give it a try...might work for you too.

I have Outlook 2007. I couldn't find Detect and Repair, but I ran 'Office Diagnostics' from the Help menu. No errors were found. – Mike, on April 11, 2009 10:35
