Going to take a bit more information to sort it out.
A couple of things to try...
Can you cut/paste the URL and put it in the address bar?
If that works I'd delete the offending tab and redo it.
If not then you probably have another problem with the URL or a porblem not related to the browser. -

I suggest you find a setup sheet for your ISP. I cannot interpret their web site so I can't help there. Look for the details, port numbers, SSL, userID form, etc, etc. Since Thunderbird uses the same general language, so if they don't have a Thunderbird configuration, use Outlook. -

Here is a thought: some ISP's, like some of the AT&T group, force you to use their mail server by blocking traffic on the usual ports when going to another mail server. If that is the case you can send your mail through their server and still respond through yours. Its a configuration thing on Thunderbird. -

Yikes! Missing some foldersI lost my HDD and had to restore from a backup. The backup was my data only so I reinstalled the OS, XP Pro, and Thunderbird. I moved all the contents from the backup
Documents and settings/UserName/Application Data/Thunderbird/Profiles/xxxxx.default/Mail/Local Folders/*.* to the new tree of the same structure. When I launch Thunderbird it finds some of the folders, but not all. Any suggestions to get it to find all the folders?
