your should be spelt you're because it's short for you are

Trouble connecting to repository

I signed up 2 days ago and haven't been able to connect to the repository. I have had one reply (2 days ago) to an e-mail I sent to support, but nothing since. No one seems to ever be in Campfire in my time zone (GMT +12). Can someone please help?
