    WHO PAYS THE PHONE BILL ON COMMUNITY CALLS
    The phone numbers listed do not appear to be toll free....Do not understand the phone system...Is the user as it appears subject to long distance phone charges by dialing the listed number plus the PEN NUMBER ????? HAVE NEVER USED THIS KIND OF SYSTEM EXCUSE THE IGNORANCE......EKIM 9034825194 OR ecm16@verizon.net
