Hi Christy,

You need to make sure your friends are confirming their email addresses. To ensure the system isn't being gamed by bots, non-verified votes are removed after 2 days (this is why the vote count decreased). To confirm votes, users need to click the verify link which is emailed to them on sign-up.

I'm sorry you were having trouble voting in a contest. Can you tell me which web browser you are using and which contest you were attempting to vote in? Hopefully we'll get this problem resolved very soon.

We don't currently offer simple integration with OpenID. However, we are working hard to get the Strutta API out of alpha. The API will provide user integration as well as support all of the other Strutta capabilities. As for OpenID specifically, we do plan on integrating it at some point.
