A comment on the problem "Accidental Opt Out, Get Back My Stats?" in Spymaster:
I didn't nor did I ever plan on closing my account. When I saw the screen asking me to confirm it, I knew something was wrong. I carefully read it and realized what was going on. So, I choose NO. It went through anyway. I tried to contact spymaster twice, and received no reply. I some of the other people’s problems on this tread and If I accidentally hit the wrong button, consider moving it somewhere else. Or, don't make it a button or link at all; choose something else. Once again, I tried to cancel what was happening, but it went through anyways. I really enjoyed my time (too much) playing, and I hope you can correct this problem. If not; Thanks for your time, and please contact me next time you do something. I'm sorry, but I won't start over under the circumstances. BTW, I hope you will take the time to check your logs; you'll see I'm telling you the truth. – Michael Fidler, on June 19, 2009 11:49-

Scott Wheaton's reply to "How do I disconnect my socialmedian and facebook accounts?" was just promoted to the most useful! Michael Fidler and 2 other people think it's one of the best replies.
To "disconnect" socialmedian and facebook and re-enable logging into your sm account with your sm credentials, do the following:
1) Login to facebook and click on "Settings." From here a drop down menu will appear. Click on "Application Settings."

2) From here you should see a list of your applications. Click the "show" drop-down box and select "authorized."

3) Locate socialmedian in the list, click on the small "x" to the far right, and remove the application. You will receive a prompt confirming you want to remove the application. Click "Remove."
4) That's it! Your socialmedian account now functions independently of facebook. You should receive a confirmation e-mail from socialmedian reminding you to login to socialmedian using your previously existing socialmedian credentials.
Michael Fidler asked a question in socialmedian on May 24, 2009 03:00:
What are my options RE: Facebook Connnect.?Can I disconnect Facebook Connect and go back to the ordinary login? Or, is there another way to stay logged in longer. I hate to do it, because Facebook connect gives me so much control over sharing, but it's a pain in the butt to login every time I want to post something. I'm just inquiring; I don't know what I want to do yet. Thanks Scott! BTW, how are you?-

A comment on the question "How Do I ask the the general population a question?" in Twitter:
Well it was Robert Scoble, and when he asks a question it is kind of like asking the general population. He forgets we don't all have 36,000 followers! Thanks – Michael Fidler, on September 21, 2008 06:22-
