Well, I tried some other sounds and everything seems fine. I still can't get my old sound to play properly; I fear I may have accidentally deleted the one that was working. I tried recompressing it but to no avail. Anyway, sorry for the false alarm.

Windows Vista upgraded my Flash player to version 10 today and now my SM2 sound is distorted. Coincidence considering I made some changes to my server yesterday? Or are others experiencing a similar problem? The problem isn't as severe in IE7 as it is in FF3.
