I am not certain what your are speaking of? At times channels do move from analog to digital. This is because for every analog channel, you can have more than 10 standard definition digital channels or 3 HD. That is the reason why channels move. Channel movements do occur throughout the country and it does vary by area, so I would not be able to provide specifics without knowing where you live.
