I've been playing with the network trying to reproduce this (disconnecting net access, etc) and still no luck. If someone manages to reproduce this in a way that we can also do, then this bug is solved. – Milen Dzhumerov, on March 11, 2009 23:53

We don't have any immediate short term plans but it's very likely that we will be providing full support at some point.

We don't really know exactly how long it would be but I can tell you that it's not an easy 1-2 weeks fix. There are two things I can suggest:
- If EventBox is unusable for you, then it's better to get a refund (email us). One thing we don't want is users buying our software and not being able to use it.
- If you try to keep the number of events in the current selected container to about (200-300), memory usage shouldn't be that high – Milen Dzhumerov, on March 11, 2009 13:24

We've done favorites in Flickr in the bleeding edge release. It will get released quite soon. Regarding multiple Facebook accounts, as we've said, we will be implementing proper support for multiple accounts in the future for every service.

The problem with the HUD is that you cannot adjust container options. What you could do after creating a search is change its aggregation to not be included in its parent, this way you will not see the behavior you described. This is certainly very weird behavior, I haven't seen any reports like this. Have you tried resetting EventBox? Also, can you see any messages in Console from EventBox?

Not being able to distinguish events in containers which are sourced from different plugins is a known issue. We have plans to address this.
