Jon Baker replied on April 11, 2009 12:01 to the problem "iCal integration is giving the wrong time." in Vibrant Apps:
As per our email we have fixed the issue, the Z indicates the time is in UTC however we had an issue that when logged into Stubmatic the system was adjusting this time to your local time.
This would only have effected logged in users and not public purchasers of tickets.
We have now fixed the issue so that all users (regardless as to whether they are logged in) get the ical files in UTC.
If you have any further issues please let us know.

Jon Baker replied on March 27, 2009 13:14 to the question "Deleting test events or removing cancelled/completed events from API" in Vibrant Apps:
Hi Carl,
We are currently working on providing the facility to delete / hide an event for now, if you drop an email to hello@stubmatic.com with details of which event you would like deleted we can delete this for you. As for your API question there should be a status field for the event, this could be used to filter our cancelled events. We currently include these as in most cases our users would want their customers to know if an event has been cancelled. We use this property with our MySpace app and append (Cancelled) or (Sold Out) to the event name as appropriate, disabling the buy now button. If you need to hide these cancelled events, you can either drop us an email to the email address above or set the start date to 5 minutes in the future and the system will complete the event and remove it from your box office.
I hope that helps.
Regards,
Jon

Jon Baker replied on March 25, 2009 20:09 to the question "Season ticket sales?" in Vibrant Apps:
Hi Geza,
I am glad our service is working for you. Unfortunately this currently isn't possible however, it looks like you are doing what I would suggest, in that you have created an event titled Season Ticket and asked purchasers to email in advance of their chosen shows to book. You can then manually allocate tickets to there purchasers via the My Sales > Event Details page in your Stubmatic account.
I am sorry we don't have a more integrated solution for you and I hope this is not too unmanageable.

Hi Cameron,
It appears that once an event is triggered as sold out it can no longer be edited. We are working on fixing this issue. In the meant time (as a work around) I have updated the status of your event shown so that you can now edit it again.
If you have any problems please let us know. Thanks for spotting this we will update once fixed.

Hi Duncan,
The majority of our customers check names on the door. Each purchaser also gets a unique ID which can be double checked against the list (printable by the event organiser on our site). Alternatively you may choose to collect your purchasers' address information to send out tickets to them.
We certainly plan to offer more options such SMS ticketing in the future.

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for the query...
Having different priced tickets for an individual event is possible with our business plan and enterprise plan. This would allow you to do what you are asking.
