I'm also having this problem. Posts from the API are successful, I can login and view my account, but when I try to view the public page it says it does not exist.

The problem has now changed. http://twitter.com/acmephoto?page=2 is now the page with the problem. Page #1 works great... SO, this leads me to believe that there is a curuption in the DB on a tweet that was on page one but is now on page 2.

It's happening to me, too. It's really annoying. I don't understand it. I can still update my twitter, but I'm unable to view my personal page. Grrrrr.

My home page is not there. "That page doesn't exist!"
My account settings are there, I can see other peoples pages and it knows it's me (says so when looking at who they are following etc.) just no home page. Tried "http://twitter.com/home" and "http://twitter.com/MyUserName" and nothing.
