Ideally, I'd rather see Adobe invest in connecting to iPhoto, not reproduce the functionality of it. I use lightroom as the photographer in the house, but my wife uses iPhoto to find photos to share/print, etc.. I can't justify the cost of LR for each of our computers, but I don't want my iphoto or LR data to be an island.
