Link for Terms on Sign-upI would recommend having the link on the sign-up page for the terms open on a separate layer over the rest of the page. It saves having to reenter the passwords when going back to the form.

I posted this earlier, but accidentally posted it under a different account, just re-posting it under mine.
For example, if this came up in a search result it would show:
(+)Load first post in search results
clicking the "+" would show:
(-)Load first post in search results
GetSat should provide a "+" button next to search results that will load only the first post. This would allow us to see the topic more fully without having to load the whole page.
Of course the plus and minus signs could be to the left or right of the title, left or right aligned, whatever. I'm sure your web design guys can come up with something good.

Unable to locate Flickr contacts.I tried to find people on my "Contacts" page, but it brought me to a page showing "Oops, we couldn't find the page you requested!" when I try access Flickr. I gave my permission to access my profile, and it appears to have succeeded on Flickr's end before loading that page.

GetSat mail getting caught by Gmail spamSome of the emails that I am receiving from Get Satisfaction, through OtherInbox, are ending up in my Gmail spam folder. Thankfully I check my spam folder every day, just in case. Although I am assuming that it is an OtherInbox issue I am giving you a heads up.

OIB mail getting caught in Gmail spamSome of the emails that I am receiving from Get Satisfaction, through OtherInbox, are ending up in my Gmail spam folder. Thankfully I check my spam folder every day, just in case. I specifically mention GetSat, because that is the only one I have noticed it for so far, I will keep my eyes open for others. It seems to be about 50/50 if they get caught or not.

I thought something like that may have happened. For future reference, maybe a small blurb could be posted to indicate that it was dealt with? Just something small like, say, "We continued the conversation offline, and resolved the issue." Just so that anybody else who comes along can see that, know that it was resolved, and know that you guys rock for paying attention to people and following up on issues!
MMcCubbing asked a question in Get Satisfaction on September 30, 2009 03:09:
Is there automated email disguising for posts?I noticed, in one of the topics that I was reading that employees were typing email addresses in various ways to try and disguise them from automated systems.. Does GetSat not have an way of disguising email addresses automatically that people post in the forum? Spam and privacy are both a major concern when posting addresses.
