I just installed Vipre, and when I manually started a scan, my computer system totally froze--had to press and hold the power button. I've been using Vista for about a year now, and that's NEVER happenned. I did not previously have any AV software (my email is scanned by the server, and I only download from safe sites, so not much to worry about) so it's not an issue with mutliple AV software.

At least it's a trial so I don't have to PAY for this!
