I am re-posting my other Topic here, this is something for people to check if they are having syncing issue, though it could just be me who did not notice the option.
I thought I would share my own stupidity in order to save others the frustration of learning it on their own.
If you are not seeing any of your tasked being synced to your iPhone make sure that in Options> Groups you have “Synchronize with dejumble.com” selected for the task group you would like to sync. Once I did this everything seems to be working now.

You are not alone!
I've been trying to get the syncing working for ages. Every time a new version comes out I try again, hoping that it will work. When I found the post about the firewall settings I got very excited - I thought finally, this must be it. But it wasn't.
The iPhone app (which was a fair price) seems to be having a good try. The wheel spins and the 'i' button reports that Dejumble is synchronised. It would appear that the desktop end (which I paid good money for specifically because I wanted a GTD app that sync'd) doesn't seem to be pushing data up to the sync servers.
I have tried many different sign-ins and none make any difference. All seem to login happily and yet nothing ever gets sync'd. I have never had any kind of error reported by the desktop app. Either all handshakes are successful or, more likely, there are no handshakes. A little more feedback from the desktop app about the status of its connection and uploads would be really useful.
I'm willing to persevere but some more suggestions would help.

If you get a chance, could you send a copy of your console log when this crash occurs. To do this you go to "Applications/Utilities/Console" or do a spotlight search for "Console". Then once Console is open enter in "Dejumble" in the search field to the top left of the console window" After that you should see a list of cryptic messages ie...
05/10/08 12:48:23 PM [0x0-0x32032].com.thinkingcode.Dejumble[351] Dejumble(351,0xb0103000) malloc: free_garbage: garbage ptr = 0x1838eb0, has non-zero refcount = 1
Then go to the menu options File, and select Save As.. Save the file then attach it to an email and send it to support-mac@dejumble.com
If this is not possible, no worries.

Hi Allan
Thanks for coming back on this. I can only think that as no-one else has weighed in with a 'me too' that it must be a peculiarity with my system, unless of course no-one else uses the 'print task list' feature.
I'll keep an eye on it in future releases, hopefully it will work again as you develop the feature.

@Al, While we were not aware of this broken feature, this could be a result of some changes we have made to provide a better printing solution. Dejumble will provide a more advanced printing feature where the task list look better then the current form. Initial work has been done, and as such that may have broke the current printing ability for you.-

Well, I have updated my iPhone to 1.2.0 and my MacBook Pro is running 1.2.b17.1(trial)
... and it STILL won't sync. I've tried creating a new account, etc.
On the Mac end, as soon as I click "Resync data" I get a "Sign in progress..." overlay and a dialog saying "Please insure [sic] you have entered a valid password." When I click "Ok" on that dialog the "Sign in progress..." overlay disappears.
On the iPhone, the data progress indicator twiddles when I launch Dejumble: if I subsequently go to the "i" screen, it says it is synchronised.
But whatever I do, tasks on the Mac do not appear on the iPhone, and tasks on the iPhone do not appear on the Mac.-
