David Kaneda replied on July 23, 2009 02:53 to the problem "Why when I activate a family of fonts do only 2 variations show up in illustrator?!!" in Bohemian Coding:
I'm surprised the last comment on this was 3 months ago — I'm definitely still having issue in latest version (albeit with InDesign/Photoshop). Interesting that Gotham was providing trouble, mine is fine, yet other HFJ fonts are screwing up, namely Whitney. I'm also having trouble with Trade Gothic.
Selecting "Show in Finder" does show all of the fonts. Activating fonts, quitting the app, and then re-opening shows them as de-activated again occasionally, sometimes still active, but still not available.
Definitely a deal breaker for the app at the moment, as it's affecting some of my favorite fonts-

Great - If you're still unable to sync, just delete the app and re-install, it will work now with that enabled. – David Kaneda, on April 20, 2009 14:53

A comment on the question "Will Outpost support multiple accounts?" in Morfunk:
Yeah, part is because it's web-app, but also because it's internal. To authenticate with OpenID, we'd essentially need access to authentication via 37signals' API, which is a pretty tricky thing. Thanks for the feedback, though-
Please keep in mind, too, that the iPhone 3.0 will have copy/paste, which will make getting OpenID credentials in there much easier. We are also considering a website sign-up which email's the credentials to your phone. – David Kaneda, on April 13, 2009 19:49

We aren't able to fully support OpenID the way Basecamp does, because it is handled/redirected internally on their end. The bad news: We're releasing an update shortly, but only bug-fixes. The good news: We're going to do multiple account support for sure, just give us time — there are a few other secret plans in the hopper :)

Ian, so glad we got things sorted out. Once you've had a chance to use the app and such, would you consider giving us a review in iTunes? Thanks- – David Kaneda, on April 09, 2009 20:21

Please do let me know. I just checked the basecamphq.com and it does work. I'll do a bit more investigating on my end. Thanks- – David Kaneda, on April 09, 2009 20:12

Ian, a couple thoughts: First, it certainly doesn't sound like you have the type of data to cause any sort of problem, so I'm optimistic we'll find a fix. Second, the domain field is fairly flexible -- you can actually use just the subdomain or full, with http or without. I recommend just using the subdomain. Also, Outpost will automatically append ".grouphub.com" - but the API will work using any domain, as long as subdomain is accurate. I should note, their is no ".basecamphq.com" account domain. They're typically .clientsection.com or .grouphub.com, etc.
For one more test, please try deleting the app, re-installing, and using just:
myurl
user
password
And, as one more point of curiosity, do you have SSL enabled? Shouldn't matter either way, but just wondering. Thanks-
