I am flabbergasted that this is the third offense and hubdub is unsure about taking firm action. I feel worse about this situation now than ever.-

If a perpetrator not only does not accept responsibility for their actions but instead tries to infuriate the user base by flaunting their ill-gained winnings, it seems obvious to me that the book should be thrown at them, especially after repeated episodes. -

A vote will only show accurate results if the entire hubdub community is informed of the situation, invited to vote and allowed time to review the information.
Using a news prediction forum to process a vote does not seem like a good idea. If the hubdub site is used for this vote the question should very clearly be identified so it is not confused as just another news predicting question.
I think it is most important to embrace transparency throughout this process or it will only lead to another controversy.

It appears that hubdub is trying to prevent the entire user base finding out about this matter. -

I think when a gamer is found every user should be notified who it is.
If the entire user base knew of Satyaki's history the reaction would be overwhelming.
We may be a small group now but as this matter festers the truth is going to be spread. -

I think Ryan has hit the nail on the head when he said "We want to predict the news.
I have come across some excellent questions in the past that I have chose not to bet on because of an undesirable suspend date.
Since we are avoiding duplicating questions for obvious reason, there should be consistency developed where the suspend date is reasonably close to the conclusion of a scenario.
If a good question is suspended but won't be settled for some time, is it not unreasonable to make another clone question with a different suspend date and possibly another, or yet another, etc. I don't think we want to go there.
