locked out for no reason

When I try to sign in I get this error message.

Locked out!
We've temporarily locked your account after too many failed attempts to sign in. Please chillax for a few, then try again.

I get this even when I don't try to access for 24 hours.

I can access my acct from someone else's computer, just not my own.

What do I have to do to be able top access Twitter from my own computer?

Apparently a bunch of other have a similar problem.
