I had this same problem too. When I looked at the CSS in Firefox Web Developer, I saw that the PBWiki stylesheet had a number of declarations that were not in the stylesheet for the Minimalist skin.
They all start with: #displaycontent div.sidebar_v2. When I added them to my custom css with my settings I was successful in styling my sidebar.

mowyn shared an idea in PBwiki on June 09, 2008 16:12:
E-mail notifications - simpler versionWe have had staff sign up for e-mail notifications, but many find the e-mails very confusing. With all the cross-throughs and editing it is sometimes difficult to read. We have also had a few people that do not want others to view certain edits (for example, when a mistake was made, and they just want to correct it without sharing the mistake with the world.) What we really would like is to just get a notification that changes have been made to a page, with a link to that page.
Any possibility of having a choice when selecting e-mail notifications? You could pick either "Show editing" or "Link to changed page(s)."

Thanks for the info. I'm going to pass this along to our support engineer so he can look into it. Can you email us support(at)pbwiki(dot)com with the name of your wiki? Thanks! – Rachel Pennig, on May 20, 2008 15:40

No - I can get right into the Wells Fargo site. The problem with PB Wiki is not accessing the wiki. I only have a problem when I edit. When I save my editing changes, that's when I get the error. – mowyn, on May 20, 2008 15:39

Mowyn, do you have problems accessing any other secure sites, like https://www.wellsfargo.com with IE7? – Rachel Pennig, on May 20, 2008 15:30

I'm in the IT Department - we haven't blocked PB Wiki. We're using it for our Staff Intranet. I didn't use to have this problem. It's only been occurring for the past month or so. – mowyn, on May 20, 2008 15:27

Great (I'm a librarian too!). Can you check with your IT department to see if they've blocked PBwiki? – Rachel Pennig, on May 20, 2008 15:22

Hi, Rachel, Unfortunately, this did not solve the problem. It does work in Firefox. Mowyn – mowyn, on May 20, 2008 15:17

Hi Mowyn, please try upgrading your browser. IE is up to version 7 now. You can download the latest version here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/down...
Please let us know if this works!

Usually get "Page not found" error in IE after updatesNearly every time I make an update to a PB Wiki page in IE, I get a "page not found" error in IE 6.0. When I refresh the page the changes appear. This will be a problem for staff, who already have fear of editing the wiki, and will not know what to do when this error appears.
