A comment on the question "Don't Understand the Unofficial Customer Support Community" in Get Satisfaction:
I was the one who created this "Unofficial Community" and added the logo. So it's not clear to my why I don't have ownership. I did claim an employee badge however. My goal in using this service was not to create a public forum, but rather have a nifty tool to manage my customer feedback. Do I not understand the purpose of Getsatisfaction.com.
