Hi Savannah
The easiest way for you to make a marquee do and look how you want would be to visit the following free generator.
http://www.myspacegens.com/handler.ph...
Simply input the text you would like shown and adjust for width, height, text and text color/size, background color to match your style, direction and speed, ect... Then click the "Submit" button and copy and paste the generated code into an HTML widget onto your website.
I will caution you that as this is a Myspace generator there have been known to be those generators that are meant for Myspace which people have used on their YOLA websites which cause complications. Thus is why you should always test your codes on a test page before you place them on your published site. This will reduce the chance that you will one day loose a published page due to a code interaction. I caution you due to the fact that there are many other interesting generators that are on this website that at first glance seem friendly. As I have not tested them all out I cannot state with certainty that they are safe.
The one I have listed above for the marquee I have only minutes ago tested and it is friendly ;)
Happy and safe site building

Its a great looking favicon Donald...
There is an issue with IE not showing animated GIF's as favicons so that might be an issue but it is up to you if you want to use a .ico file or a .gif
The code will work cross browser if you use an .ico file...
In FF it is a non moving image
Crome it is a non moving image
IE it is not present
Try this rendition of the gif to get movement in FF. Just right click to save and then upload in your favicons place in your file manager.
For some reason yours is not functioning...
My preference is always to show it and leave the animation to the page ;)

Sorry Chief...
You gotta put it in an HTML widget and cancel out the favicon in your site builder side bar... ;) – Ed-a-Torials @ Honey Bear Playhomes, on October 03, 2009 04:10

Ed-a-Torials @ Honey Bear Playhomes shared an idea in Yola on October 02, 2009 20:06:
Add a shipping charge to your Paypal "Buy now" or "Add to cart" buttons... A Honey Bear Playhomes Tip...Unfortunately the Yola Online Paypal widget doesn't yet offer this feature. However, you can add it to your site by visiting PayPal - http://www.paypal.com and customizing the "Buy now" or "Add to Cart" button to include shipping costs set to your dollar amount per item and cost.
If you have set up shipping in your Paypal Profile and want to set a specific amount as the shipping basis for all your buttons, you need to:
1. Sign into your PayPal - http://www.paypal.com account.
2. Click the "My account" tab
3. Click the "Profile" link (below the merchant services tab)
4. in the "Selling Preferences" column click the "Set Up Shipping Calculations" link
5. Click either the "Domestic" or "International" start button
6. Select currency and states you ship to and click "Continue" (You can set up zones with a different amount per zone or states)
7. (On next page) Set Up Domestic Shipping Methods (You can choose to calculate shipping based on Order Amount, Weight, or Quantity)
8. Click the "Continue" button
9. Verify information and click "Save shipping methods"
Here's how to edit your button to include shipping:
1. Sign into your PayPal - http://www.paypal.com account.
2. Click the "Merchant services" tab in the horizontal menu.
3. Click the "Buy Now Button" or the "Add to Cart Button".
4. Choose button type and enter name and payment details.
5. In Paypal step 1 (Choose button type and enter payment details) for the "Shipping" section select from "Use settings saved in your PayPal profile" (steps 1-9 from above) or "Use specific amount" field (type your desired shipping amount)
6. When done editing click "Create Button".
7. In the next window and in the (Website) code box click the "Select Code".
8. Right click on the highlighted text and click "Copy".
9. Open your site editor and drag an HTML widget where you need it.
10. In the HTML widget paste the code.
11. Then Update your site.
Note that the buttons do not have the amount shown and you will have to add this to a text widget with item name and description. The Paypal window which opens when the button is clicked will show the price to reflect the shipping charges.
Happy site building

A comment on the idea "Pretty much the best FREE in browser banner maker that I have found as of yet... A Honey Bear Playhomes Tip..." in Yola:
I stand corrected... The maximum width allowed is 800px wide.
Still a great tool for creating custom site Ad banners and images with custom text that have a background to match the background of your style... A web 2.0 look
I still think its one of the better ones around and even the inability to add a background image is not a negative in my book.
Not to forget the ease at which you can create some pretty cool buttons ;) – Ed-a-Torials @ Honey Bear Playhomes, on October 01, 2009 19:14

Donald seriously my friend... ;) By your own math and with as long as you have been a member here with 158 pages built... It would take you 11 years to use up the 1 GIG and complete a 2461 page site yourself. Now that's thinking a little too far advanced D... LOL You got an additional 58 years or a team of elves for the 12,305 pages?
Can we give YOLA the credit and kudos they are due for allowing us to use their servers and site builder... They simply asked that those of us who have large sites help pay for them. That in itself is reasonable and worth the extra $4 dollars a month expense.
They have operating expenses, employees and families with mouths to feed too you know. We should consider ourselves lucky... ;) – Ed-a-Torials @ Honey Bear Playhomes, on October 01, 2009 01:25

A comment on the update "Introducing Yola Pro" in Yola:
To tell the truth I had used an example close to my heart... In the late 90's I had owned the only delivery company in the state that delivered prepared meals from restaurants to their customers so that they did not have to incur the costs of delivery on their own.
Each week I also donated food and delivered meals for the the Meals on Wheels program for the elderly and there came a time that I was not able to allow for the food, added fuel and employee expense. In short I had to alter my business plan to protect my pet project. I had that program until I sold the business to care for the health of my Mother full time. I will say that the services that I offered for free were sadly missed in my absence and that if YOLA did not alter their business plan to match their future goals and aspirations then we would sadly miss them as well if they were no longer. I ask that all of you keep this thought in mind when replying to this thread... ;) – Ed-a-Torials @ Honey Bear Playhomes, on September 30, 2009 19:56
