I am having issues and I think deleting my settings would help. I have deleted these files, but they just reappear one i start twhirl again. How can I completely remove my settings, or completely remove twhirl from my computer?

Invisible Twhirl window.
Twhirl Window is invisible. When it appears in my taskbar, but not on screen. When i double click it windows minizes it, and I see window minizing effects in XP around where twhirl should be, but it isnt there. uninstall/reinstall doesnt help. Where are my settings hidden?
