Hierarchical notes and notebooks

I know you can make tags hierrchical, which is a good start but not really enough. I find myself frequently wanting to collect notes related to a certain project under one banner, divide archives of notes into discrete sections, imply order and sequence in my to-do items, etc.

I know there are work-arounds (systems of tags, merging notes and making numbered lists, etc.) but the experience would flow a lot better (particularly if you're trying to use Evernote for GTD or a similar productivity system, which I believe many are) with the addition of a few simple features.

Same issue here, though for Windows. I've never used Outlook for mail, and frankly it frightens me. Webmail integration would be great.

I think a 'find' window of sorts has been integrated into the Windows 3.5 version - if not then it's definitely a feature to add. It'd be very useful on all the other platforms too, particularly those with smaller screens.

Gotta agree with the official rep here. As a free user it's not like I enjoy having ads forced on me, but I appreciate their purpose. And it's the sort of thing you get used to on the internet, noone complains about Google's sponsored links. They're hardly obnoxious anyway - they're hand picked and they even match the colour scheme in most cases. Plus, I believe a recent policy change means all the ads will pertain to products that have a direct link to Evernote, and I don't think it's possible to have more focused and useful advertising than that.

I'm particularly interested in the to-do possibilites here. I can understand wanting to have every note being of a single type, it's much cleaner. There's a lot of times when a template would be really useful though.

Sound proposal, actually. And while this may have been fixed in Windows 3.5 (haven't been able to install yet) it'd be good if the 'title', 'url' and 'tags' boxes appeared in maximised notes too - it's bizarre that you can't easily edit the note's attributes in that view.

Agreed, it's pretty annoying that website tables and things go completely out the window when you clip their content - most sites are sadly not designed to be simple to copy/paste.
