In version 1.0 of Touch Pets Dogs players cannot log out of their account without uninstalling the game. If you wish to log in with a new account, you can uninstall and re-install the app via iTunes and you will be prompted for a login at launch, at which time you can install the app again or create a new account.

Hello Michele,

I am sorry you are frustrated. Have you pressed the start button on the lower right corner of the main menu? If so, it should start the introduction level automatically.

Both ngmoco and Apple tracks in-app purchases via your Plus+ and iTunes accounts, respectively.

If you are forced to reinstall the Rolando 2 Chapter 1 app after having purchased additional levels, you will be able to unlock those levels again without additional charge after you verify you iTunes credentials, similar to how you can download paid apps again without charge if you are forced to re-initialize your device or get a new device.

The seven levels of the Kingdom of Rolando plus the 39 levels of the Island of Fontanis is how we come to 46 level count.

You can return to the Kingdom of Rolando by tapping the boat and sailing back from the Island.

Again, sorry you are experiencing this. It sounds like a bug. If you cannot tap the ship to return to the first island and complete the princess level, I believe you will have to reinstall the app to start progress again and reach the first world. I do not have another workaround to suggest at this time. We will look into why this might have happened.

Not currently, but swiping to accept should have accepted the challenge. Did you dim the lock screen once or more before swiping? Dimming the lock screen dismisses incoming Push messages.
