Can't sign up for VM. It keeps telling me there is a problem.

Sprite backup to PC has messed everything up. I would like a person I can e-mail about my problem.

I would have sent this as a private message but quite honestly I just don't have the time to try to figure it out.

I find this system to be cumbersome.
