Many broken links
The footer of non-www domains (contests.* and blog.*) use relative path links to resources on the www domain. W3C Link Checker reports 14 broken links on contests homepage for example.

Publish a directory of the Twilio apps
It'll be great if Twilio maintains a directory/showcast of the applications built using Twilio. The contest winning applications are encouraging, but they are limited! Unfortunately, there aren't many ways to advertise a phone service, and Twilio hosting a directory will bring more publicity to the apps and to Twilio service as well.

Needless to say, it should be an opt-in program.
