My agency is working with Basecamp and looking into using Sifter.

My biggest worry is redirecting customers from Basecamp to Sifter for issue tracking. While we wait for further Basecamp integration, allowing me to give customers not only a Sifter username but also a password would be an improvement for now. Our customers could then at least log in in Sifter the same way they do in Basecamp.
