Make smaller earpieces available.I have small ears and the smallest earpiece in the package is still to big. I cannot get a good fit with the unit. It would be nice to have something smaller available

Fix the Ear LoopFix the ear loop. There's a reason a person would need to use the ear loop and this design is worthless. Create something that will actually help keep the Zivio in place.
MsFyste reported a problem in Joby on October 01, 2008 20:16:
Issues and frustration not worth the moneyA. The ear loops are worthless. It doesn't make the unit feel secure at all and it keeps slipping out of the ear loop magnet (one broke within weeks).
B. I believe the power button on my unit is defective. It will work for a short period of time and then I can't turn the unit on or off. I have to plug it in to charge (regardless of if it needs it or not) and then I can turn it on.
In terms of using the unit in my convertible it's great. But for the money I paid and the issues I'm having I'm very frustrated.

MsFyste asked a question in Joby on August 14, 2008 18:01:
How does the Zivio work while driving with the top down?I live in California where it is now a law that headsets must be used when driving. I drive a convertible and the top is down all the time. Has the Zivio been tested in convertibles yet? What were the results?
