Poor Customer Service - Screwed up Appt.Called optimum on 1/17/09 to schedule a tech visit; no video since 1/16. Rep. gave us an option of next day, 1/18 or Tuesday & we opted for next day with a 10-8 window.
I had the good sense to call today to make sure we were on their schedule when I was told I was scheduled for Tuesday. My blood pressure went through the roof; what a crappy mistake to make on their end. I talked to a supervisor hoping for resolution but got none; said there was no way a tech. could come tomorrow 1/19, though it was their fault. Not only did I wait around all day for an appt. that was not scheduled, I have to take the day off from work to accommodate them. This incident has pushed me over the edge and seriously considering FIOS. Desiree msrookie@optonline.net
