You should be able to create your own theme, like a theme creator, and change the icons of folders...

Save Icon Placement

You should be able to save your settings with the icons and maybe the stickie notes and picture placement.

Its annoying when you want to delete something, and you move the file to want to delete to the trash, but other shortcuts get thrown out of place, there should be an option to save your icon placement and load them up.
