Under 3.0 Apple rejected the app multiple times and told us to wait until 3.1 was out before adapting the app to use the new APIs in 3.1 and submitting again. We are preparing the app for resubmission - fingers crossed they will approve it this time!

We are absolutely just as frustrated (maybe more so!) than our customers. Trust me, I want nothing more than to get it back in the app store again.

Hi Joel,

We submitted a 3.0 compatible version to Apple just over a month ago and we are still waiting for it to be approved. As you probably know, Apple doesn't tell you the progress of application approvals, so we are just having to wait along with a lot of other applications. I'm sorry it's taking so long - I wish there was something I could do!

In the meantime, we have removed the app from the store in order to prevent new customers buying it having it not work for them. It will return to the App Store as soon as it is approved.

We are just about to start work on a 3.0 compatible version. As soon as we have a working version we will give you a shout if you are ok beta testing it. Thanks for the offer!

Many thanks for taking the time to leave feedback.

We've had a few people mention the fact that it's not very clear when it's taking a photo (sometimes it's easy to miss the camera icon too and not start taking when you mean to). We will work on a solution for the next version.

Good idea about showing where the image will be cropped too -we'll see if we can do something to improve that too.

I'm sad too - that you think we just copied you. We started development of MoloPix in mid December after being big fans of the Action Sampler camera. The idea of taking multiple shots is not a new one or unique to you!

The fact that we both developed a similar app at similar times is a complete coincidence and unfortunate - we were totally gutted when we saw your app appear in the app store the day we were about to submit to Apple.

We will be developing MoloPix based purely on the feedback of our users and have no intention or desire to copy you.

We are big fans of your apps, especially ToyCamera and wish you well in developing for the app store, but just because your application hit the store 2 and a bit weeks before ours does not mean that you have an exclusive right to this idea.
