I have exact the same Problem. Tried EVERYTHING to get it going. Even turned my Firewall and Antivir off, rebooted two times, started the .exe as admin and so on. Tried the installation now 4 times and its senseless. Had no other Windows open, only the Explorer was running and it was minimized. The Problem cant be just a dialog-box or something.

OS is Vista x64 SP2.
