Hi Ryan,
Sorry to hear about your problem.
If you no longer see your Page when you grant access, that means that you already granted us access and no longer need to.
Our "allow tab to update status" setting should stay checked -- you might need to re-check it after granting access, but it should stay in a checked state once you've hit "Save & Continue". If you're still experiencing issues, i'd be happy to go in as a Page Admin and check out your Settings page.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear about your problem.
I checked out your Fan Page and it does seem like we are authorized to publish to your stream -- I just forced a manual push of your last tweet and it worked without any errors -- there appear to be earlier automatic pushes we made on June 30th and the 29th.
Regarding update frequency.... our system checks every 10 minutes for new tweets for Pro accounts, so you should be seeing updates show up automatically.
With that said, lets try a quick test to make sure your page is being updated to by our system: Post a new message on Twitter, then check back with your tab in about 10 minutes. If you don't see the tweet show up, reply back & i'll make sure we get the issue resolved. Thanks!

Alex, your updates are working for both apps now.
Interesting side-note & notice to any other users experiencing this strange behavior...
This was confirmed to be a Facebook bug: The default option in the allow access dialog isn't selected by default! You're required to manually click your Page's name, even if it appears to be chosen. We're working with FB to resolve this bug, but in the meantime we've reminded you to manually select your Page from the pulldown when you click on our "allow status updates" link.

Hmm, well then this appears to be a bug with Facebook on certain Fan Pages -- we've only had one other page owner experience this behavior & it was resolved by me going in and performing the above 2 steps as a page admin (maybe its a user-related bug, thus using a different user to allow status updates defeats it).
If you'd like, I can try this on your page too. First, add me as a friend (facebook.com/mikewadhera) & then add me as a temporary page admin using the 'Add admins' link under your Page's profile image. Once I have access I can see if performing the steps above with my account solves your problem.

Hehe, a large portion of my friends list was actually made this way.
I just went into your Twitter tab settings, clicked through that grant access link, granted access and then saved your settings. It appears to now work! Bizarre.
I want to run 1 more diagnostic on your updates. Can you publish to your Twitter account once more & let me know here when you have? Thanks

Hi Greg, could you please add me as a page admin to Muck Rack? It seems this issue is not system wide, so temporary admin rights to your page would help me diagnose this problem better.
To add me as an admin, first add me as a Facebook friend (http://www.facebook.com/mikewadhera) then click the 'Add Admins' link under you page's profile image & type in my name. Let me know once thats done & i'll try my best to get this sorted out for you. Thanks!
