Don't recommend registry cleaners in your newsletterDoes a security professional review the newsletters you send out? I cannot believe for the life of me you've got someone in the newsletter talking about how good Registry Mechanic is (it's JUNK). Ever wonder why a registry cleaner would come with a free pop up blocker? To make you think it's doing something, otherwise it's just going to sit there (let me say again, Registry Mechanic is a total joke). People that are in this business know that registry cleaners, especially ones you pay for, are an ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY and most of them (do a Google search for registry cleaner) are scams and malware products so unless you're trying to show people that your software works and will block bad apps such as registry cleaners from installing I can't imagine why you put that in the newsletter. The person who recommended registry mechanic obviously knows nothing about the registry. That isn't some general maintenance task you want to routinely do unless you're willing to take that risk each time you click clean and potentially fix the problems that occasionally arise from the cleaner taking out an entry it shouldn't.
I will give you kudos for having the "IT Pro" mention CCleaner. Good job for mentioning something that is legit, works and is FREE. CCleaner is an outstanding product. Unless you're getting $$ from the Registry Mechanic people please in the future make sure you fully research and vet what you are recommending people as that was a very dangerous quote.
All of this being said, the improvements you've made to VIPRE have been awesome and I'm about to switch my reseller alliance from AVG to VIPRE after seeing it work the last 8 months.

I have to say I like the points feature.. hiding it behind a tab is no problem for me and it's quite the incentive to put this on my client's machines (at least until I can be 100% certain it will behave, and it's not there "just yet")... until then clients get AVG and I get VIPRE until I can ensure I won't be getting VIPRE support calls as I literally get none with AVG.
IMHO ..

Automatically clean certain types of items! It would be great to have an option to automatically accept and heal certain problems, like tracking cookies. I want VIPRE to remove them, but I dislike having to click "Clean" once a day to do so.
