AFAIK, Spotify pays the distributors, and they should in turn pay you. In other words, you should really talk with The orchard about it. What the specific amounts for your plays are is of course another question.

From previous press releases, it appears that Spotify has plans to open up for a more direct interaction between bands and their fans. What those plans are, and when they might appear is of course another issue.
